Process:steamed, pressed, and dehydrated
Directions:just add hot water and let sit for 3 minutes until thick. Or you can heat up water on the stove and stir in the flakes. Add spices as you like and you have a delicious instant pinto bean soup or sauce/dip (if you use less water). Great for camping!
Storage:Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a well-sealed container.
