Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. However, as an international shipping provider, certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
International Shipping & Customs
All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, clearance delays, or regulatory checks in the destination country (e.g., USA). These delays are not controlled by us or our shipping partners and may extend delivery timelines.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Customs clearance timelines are unpredictable and may cause delays.
- Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered successfully delivered when:
- The shipping carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery confirmation from the carrier serves as valid proof of fulfillment, even if no signature is obtained.
We are not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
No Refund Policy (Post Dispatch)
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Delivery delays caused by logistics providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
Store Credit Policy
In the rare event of significant delays (beyond 7 additional business days after expected delivery), we may offer store credit at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details
- Tracking their shipment using the provided tracking link
- Being available to receive the package
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated despite:
- Successful delivery confirmed by the carrier, or
- Agreement to the above terms,
we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence (including delivery confirmation, order details, and communication logs) to contest the dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Blocking of future purchases
- Reporting to payment processors
