Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.Desify.in, operated by DESIFY LLC

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and international shipping constraints, we maintain a strict no-return and limited refund policy.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order only.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@desify.in with order details.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancellations:

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted.

No Returns / No Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once shipped.
  • This is due to:
    • Food safety regulations
    • Perishable nature of products
    • International shipping handling

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@desify.in with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Delivery & Delay Disclaimer

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • International shipments may be delayed due to:
    • Customs inspections
    • Regulatory checks
    • Carrier delays

These are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.


No Refunds After Dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Delays in transit, including customs clearance delays, are not eligible for refunds.

Delivered Orders (Important)

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or missed deliveries after successful delivery confirmation.

Claims for “item not received” will not be accepted if tracking shows delivered.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within allowed time window
  • Verified damaged/incorrect product (as per above policy)

All refunds are subject to review and approval.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • It may take additional time for banks/payment providers to reflect the amount

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated despite:

  • Successful delivery, or
  • Agreement to our policies

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit delivery confirmation, order details, and communication logs as evidence
  • Dispute the claim with the payment provider

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Blocking future purchases
  • Reporting to payment processors
