    Shipping, Delivery & Customs

    • Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guaranteed.

    These delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

    Delivery Confirmation

    • An order is considered successfully fulfilled when marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
    • Carrier tracking serves as valid proof of delivery.
    • We are not responsible for:
      • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
      • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

    No Returns / No Refunds After Dispatch

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products:
      • No returns or exchanges are accepted
      • Orders once shipped are non-refundable
    • Delays (including customs delays) do not qualify for refunds

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
    • Must include photo proof
    • Resolution (replacement or store credit) is at our discretion

    Chargebacks & Disputes

    If a chargeback is initiated despite:

    • Successful delivery confirmed by the carrier, or
    • Agreement to our policies

    We reserve the right to:

    • Submit order, tracking, and communication evidence to dispute the claim
    • Recover losses where applicable
    • Block future transactions

    Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, DESIFY LLC and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

    • Delivery delays
    • Customs-related issues

    Indemnification

    Food Safety & Allergies
