We strive to provide fast and efficient shipping services. With our same-day shipping policy, most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we do everything possible to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q4. Are the sweets fresh when delivered?
Absolutely! We partner with premium brands like Almond House & Dadus. Each box is packed fresh and shipped in special packaging.

Q5. Can I send sweets as gifts directly to friends & family abroad?
Yes! You can add the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll ship directly to them. Gift wrapping is also available.

Q6. Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if we have delivered the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process. Please note that certain perishable food items may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
