Production: Lemongrass is an ornamental, perennial, tropical grass that is native to South and Southeast Asia.
Qualities: Lemongrass has a bright and fresh lemony and almost rosy aroma and is an important ingredient in Thai and Indonesian cuisines.
Common Use: These fragrant leaves add a lemony flavor to teas, soups, curries, and poultry and seafood dishes. Lemongrass can also be used in homemade soaps, lotions, and other personal care products.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a sealed container.
