Is Desify legit? Yes. Desify LLC is a US-registered company shipping fresh food direct from India to NRI families in 25 countries via DHL Express. Since 2023 we have delivered 2,788 orders to 2,066 NRI families, counted as of 31 August 2026. Our reviews are public on Trustpilot and Judge.me, our Instagram is Meta-verified, and every export document carries a verifiable GSTIN and IEC.

We publish our misses too
99% of our shipments met the Desify Promise, delivered in 3 to 5 business days with zero customs to pay at the door.
For 27 orders, shipments were held during clearance by the authorities, which was beyond our control. Simple: we missed our promise on those. We resent fresh shipments at our own cost and worked with our logistics partners to clear them.
We would rather publish the number we missed than only the one we hit.

Your food is bought fresh from the maker after you order it. We hold no stock of sweets or snacks waiting for a buyer, which is why a Desify box does not taste like something that sat in a container.

Shipping is included too. There is no minimum-spend trick and no separate handling fee on arrival.

Desify LLC is registered in the United States and ships direct from India. Every international parcel travels on a DHL Express air waybill you can track independently, with a customs invoice carrying our GSTIN and IEC. Our Instagram account is verified by Meta. Our reviews sit on Trustpilot and Judge.me, neither of which we control and neither of which lets us delete a bad review.

We ship DHL Express, typically 3 to 5 business days from India.

Will I be charged customs on arrival?
No. Duties and taxes are included in the price you pay.
We ship on Delivered Duty Paid terms to most destinations, so there is no separate customs bill when your parcel arrives. Shipping is included as well. The price at checkout is the price.
