ORGANIC PEPPERCORN, pink, whole

Botanical Name: Schinus terebinthifolius
Production: Pink peppercorns are not really related to peppercorns, but came to have this name because of their visual resemblance and because they also have a peppery flavor. They are actually related to cashews and mangoes.
Qualities: Pink peppercorns are light and fluffy, almost hollow, and have a citrusy flavor. Their heat and fruity aroma make them suitable for a wide variety of dishes.
