Production:our raw, unrefined flax oil is obtained by simply cold pressing dried ripened whole flax seeds (at temperatures below 49C or 120F) assuring optimal preservation of nutritional value and flavor
Qualities:flax oil has long been recognized as one of natures most powerful plant sources of Omega 3 fatty acids and contains 50-60% alpha linolenic acid.
Common use:with a mild and pleasantly taste combined with exceptional nutritional density makes it an outstanding choice as a low heat cooking oil and great in salad dressings. Flax oil has a composition similar to skin lipids and is therefore an excellent natural emollient and moisturizer, counteracting aging and dry skin.
Storage:it is recommended to store in cool (refrigerated or frozen), dark and airtight conditions in order to minimize oxidation and prolong its shelf life.
