Sev

Sev is a crunchy and flavorful snack made from gram flour. The dough is prepared by mixing gram flour, water, ghee or oil, salt, and spices. The dough is then pressed through a sev maker or a potato ricer to create thin, noodle-like strands. These strands are then deep-fried until golden brown.
