Pappu Chekkalu

Pappu Chekkalu is a crunchy and flavorful snack made from rice flour and split red gram (toor dal or pappu). The dough is prepared by mixing rice flour, pappu, ghee or oil, salt, and spices. The dough is then shaped into small, thin discs or chekkalu and deep-fried until golden brown.
