Murukulu

Murukulu is a crunchy and flavorful snack made from rice flour and urad dal flour. The dough is prepared by mixing rice flour, urad dal flour, ghee or oil, salt, and spices. The dough is then shaped into small, spiral or coil shapes using a murukku maker or a piping bag.
