Gavvalu - Jaggery(Bellam)

Bellam Gavvalu is a sweet, crispy, and flavorful shell-shaped dessert. The name "Gavvalu" refers to the shell shape, while "Bellam" means jaggery. The dough is prepared by mixing wheat or rice flour, jaggery, and ghee, and then shaped into shell-like curves. These shells are then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy.
